Fox Grant online auctions provide a straightforward way to buy and sell property and land without the need for a traditional auction.

The system still retains the advantages of a traditional auction with open & competitive bidding, whereas the online platform runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Properties can be easily listed with us and there is no need to wait to join a collective auction. Buyers can bid from anywhere, at any time and in a less pressurised environment, which is often more favourable, they will also still have the opportunity to improve their bid during the length of the auction.

Properties are fully marketed as we would any property with comprehensive advertising utilising online portal and specialist website advertising with a combination of print, both locally and nationally. Properties will also be marketed via Bamboo Auctions, who manage our Auction Platform.


How to bid on and Auction Property

To place a bid on a property you will need to click the blue 'Register' button below. You will be asked for your name, email address and a password. Once you have completed the form Bamboo Auctions will send you a welcome email, you will be asked to 'Verify' your details within this email. Once verified you will be able to view the legal pack of any property.
