The housing market got off to a great start at the beginning of 2014. Despite the awful weather and flooding experienced across much of the country, we managed to finalise a number of our most notable sales of 2014 within January and February including Scotland Lodge Farm, Charford Manor Lodge and Rose Cottage.
Much of this success has been down to our pro-active marketing approach, something we take very seriously at Fox Grant. Marketing is key to selling property and can mean the difference between a fast or slow sale for our vendors. Fox Grant has therefore taken the decision to further enhance its marketing resources. In September, Fox Grant took on a new Head of Marketing, Nicola Shepherd. Nicola has spent many years in sales and marketing, most notably for Olympia London International Horse Show and the Royal Windsor Horse Show but more recently at Help for Heroes.
Fox Grant has also invested heavily in a new website which will be fully mobile optimised and will launch in January 2015. This combined with our ever increasing presence on Facebook, where we currently have over 3,000 followers and are ranked third in the country, will help to further strengthen our online strategy.
Online marketing is very much the way forward for selling property and Fox Grant will continue to take advantage of all online mediain 2015 to ensure its' clients obtain the best possible results.
