Duffledown Farm
Duffledown Farm is a smallholding of approximately 23 acres of Grade II productive grassland offering great development potential either for livestock, equestrian or horticulture. The property enjoys a glorious rural situation with fabulous rural views from the land.

Farming of the land has been done over the years with the environmental and conservation aspect very much in mind. A report by the Farming & wildlife Advisory Group described it a "rare example of small traditional English farm and the fields which are a haven for a large diversity of flora, butterflies, insects and small mammals which are often associated with such rare and traditionally farmed landscapes. The Grade II land benefits from the mild climate of the Vale of Evesham and produces good early grass and hay. Gently sloping towards the south it is well drained. Although not certificated the land has not had any chemicials on it for over 25 years.

The buildings consist of arrange of corrugated sheet and timber buildings and timber sheds. Along, with a general purpose agricultural building constructed of straw. All the buildings are all in need of updating, but offer a template.

There are two mobile homes, both in need of replacing and have a Certificate of Lawfulness enabling to be replaced with a modern timber chalet. This Certificate of Lawfulness relates to the two mobile homes and an area of about an acre. Plans have been drawn up, but not submitted for planning, these are available on request to view.
