COVID-19 LOCKDOWN MEASURES

IMPORTANT NOTICE WITH REGARD TO VIEWINGS – COVID-19

Physical viewings and valuations are still permitted in accordance with published government guidelines with regard to the lockdown 
 
The safety and well-being of all the Fox Grant team, our clients and buyers is of paramount importance to us, therefore  the following policy will apply with regard to viewings:

Before booking a viewing we would ask that you follow government advice with regard to the latest lockdown. Only one household is permitted to undertake a viewing. 
 
If you, or any member of your family feel unwell, please immediately self-isolate and cancel the viewings we have arranged for you.
 
If you are of good health our clients will allow restricted viewings of their properties. We ask that you do not touch anything inside our client`s homes, please ask the agent to open cupboards or open doors. Where possible we also ask you stay at least 1 metre apart from the agent. All our viewers will be temperature checked prior to entering the property.
 
Our clients who are self isolating have ceased marketing. Their properties will be available again once restrictions have eased.
