Fox Grant has been a member of The Property Ombudsman since its inception in 2009.
As members of The Property Ombudsman, Fox Grant audits its performance on every sale so that areas for improvement can be reviewed periodically and where possible, acted upon to help create better future service standards. A questionnaire from Referenceline, The Property Ombudsman’s monitoring agency is sent out and all the comments comments and performance assessment of staff involved in the sale can be freely viewed online.
