Nicola Horrocks joins Wilsons' ever-growing Agricultural team

Wilsons is delighted to announce the arrival of Nicola Horrocks who joins the Agriculture team from Burges Salmon. She is pictured here with Wilsons partners Robert Swift and Miles Farren.

Nicola’s practice comprises non contentious agricultural matters including the creation and dissolution of partnerships, farming structures, tenancies and diversification schemes. Nicola has been responsible for drafting suites of precedent documents for clients and firms of agents and this has included making them compliant with the Plain English standard. 

Nicola advises on the changes to the Single Farm Payment Scheme and is a contributor to the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents, Volume 2(1) on Agricultural Tenancies. Her  practice also extends to advising on capital tax planning for landowners and farmers. She worked closely with Peter Williams and his team while they were at Burges Salmon and her recruitment provides a valuable addition to the Wilsons team.
