The property comprises a comfortable 4 bedroom house complimented by an extensive range of equestrian facilities including an indoor school with viewing gallery, 21 stables, older outdoor manège, good level pastureland and direct out riding onto common land. Though the property requires considerable investment and upgrading in order to realise its full potential, its desirable location combined with the current infrastructure provides all the essential components required to create a fantastic equestrian property. The property is approached via a long drive, a spur off which leads round to the front of the house, flanked by lawn inset with fruit trees. The main drive continues to the equestrian yard and facilities.
The House
The farmhouse is believed to have been built in the 1950's and is of mainly reconstituted Cotswold stone construction under a tiled roof. The property offers over 2,000ft² of accommodation and comprises a dual aspect sitting room with exposed wood floor and brick fireplace, a spacious fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a stable door opening to the conservatory. Equestrian Facilities
Moores Farm was previously run as a successful equestrian centre and livery yard, but due to the owners ill health the business has ceased trading. There is considerable potential to re create a flourishing business but significant investment required to modernise the facilities. The equestrian facilities lie to the south of the property and the main attribute is the indoor school with double doors from both the stables and adjoining covered collecting area. The indoor school has a sand surface with sprinkler system and a viewing gallery.
