Planning

Polo Grounds
Change of use of agricultural field to be used as polo grounds and the construction of a Club House (field 8689 – Lot 1B) was granted by Rutland County Council. Planning consent was granted in July 2005 for the change of use of agricultural field (fields 1098 amp; 2581 – Lot 1A) to allow private exercising and training of polo ponies on an occasional basis (Ref: FUL/2005/0714/MS). Deed of Covenant
