LEDBURY - Born and raised in North Devon and grew up on his grandfather’s Beef and Sheep farm, Richards’ rural interests led him to Seale Hayne Agricultural College where he gained a degree in agriculture.

Having worked within agriculture he later moved into Estate Agency and has worked in both the residential and country property market. Richard brings 6 years of valuation, marketing and sales experience to the Fox Grant team. Richard will principally be involved in providing market valuations, sales negotiating and sales progression.
