Chris McNiven

SALISBURY & TISBURY - Chris, originally brought up in Fordingbridge, educated at Burgate until a family move to Weyhill, Nr Andover where his father was the village bobby.

Experience - Chris went on to gain considerable experience in the construction industry working for two local builders before leaving to work in London for an interior designer.

In the late 1980s Chris opted for a career change to Estate Agency where his experience of buildings was to prove of considerable value working for Morris Dibben, Evans & Partridge, before being approached to work for Dreweatt Neate in 1997 as a Manager of the Andover office where he was made an Associate in 2002.

Specialisms - Chris joined the Salisbury office of Fox Grant in 2008 to head up the Residential and New Homes Division with his expertise in New Homes and the second hand village residential market. Chris can offer the best advice to potential developers and vendors in maximising the value of their property.

Hobbies - Chris is married to Sonia with three sons, living in Salisbury with interests in music, local history, natural history and 20th Century ceramics.
